Basic policy for antisocial forces
JPY Co., Ltd. declares the following basic policy to prevent damage caused by antisocial forces who are groups or individuals who pursue economic benefits by making full use of violence, power and fraudulent methods.
1. The Company as a whole responds to unreasonable demands from antisocial forces.
2. We will ensure the safety of officers and employees in response to unreasonable demands from antisocial forces.
3. In preparation for unreasonable demands from antisocial forces, we will continue to build close ties with external specialized agencies such as the police, the Center for the Promotion of Expulsion of Violence, and lawyers.
4. We have no relationship with antisocial forces, including business relationships.
5. We reject unreasonable demands from antisocial forces.
6. We will legally respond to unreasonable demands from antisocial forces from both civil and criminal perspectives.
7. The Company will never make back-door transactions to cover up cases, even if the unreasonable demands of antisocial forces are due to scandals in business activities or scandals of officers and employees.
8. We will never fund antisocial forces.
